MinMax Technologies proudly participated as an exhibitor at the 2026 TechAdvantage Expo in Nashville, Tennessee, where the company showcased the latest innovations in its industry-leading asset management and inspection platform, MinMax eSMART. Hosted by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), TechAdvantage is the premier technology conference for electric cooperative professionals, bringing together engineers, IT specialists, operations managers, and decision-makers from utilities across North America.
Located at Booth #2242, the MinMax team welcomed utilities from across the country who stopped by to explore the newest capabilities within the MinMax eSMART platform—most notably the new Drone Inspection Module, a powerful addition designed to modernize how utilities capture and manage aerial inspection data.
The MinMax eSMART Drone Inspection Module allows utilities to seamlessly integrate drone-captured images and inspection data directly into the MinMax eSMART system. With GPS-enabled imagery automatically linked to the correct assets, utilities can eliminate manual data transfers and significantly reduce the risk of errors in the inspection process. This streamlined workflow allows field data to move instantly from drone collection to asset management, work orders, and maintenance planning within the MinMax eSMART platform.
Visitors to the MinMax booth had the opportunity to see live demonstrations of how drone inspection data can be ingested into MinMax eSMART and immediately associated with substations, transmission equipment, and other critical infrastructure. By integrating aerial inspection data into existing asset management workflows, MinMax eSMART helps utilities gain faster visibility into asset conditions and make more informed maintenance decisions.
The new module was developed with direct collaboration from long-time MinMax eSMART users. Their feedback helped shape a workflow that allows drone inspection photos and associated data to be quickly reviewed by management teams and shared with contractors responsible for corrective actions.
