eSMART 11.0 also introduces a new Search feature, giving users a faster way to locate and navigate to information throughout the system.
Users can quickly search across modules, equipment and records, reducing the time spent navigating through the application and making frequently accessed information easier to find.
Enhanced Company Management
The Company page has also received several improvements to help utilities better organize important account, deployment and operational information.
New capabilities include:
- Primary Contact – Identify and maintain the primary contact associated with each company record.
- Deployment Notes – Document important information and details related to an organization’s eSMART deployment.
- Operations and Training Addresses – Maintain separate location information for operational and training activities.
What’s Next for eSMART
The release of eSMART 11.0 represents another step in MinMax Technologies’ continued commitment to improving the eSMART platform based on the evolving needs of utility professionals.
