Dallas, Texas — March 2026MinMax Technologies is proud to announce a major milestone: the company has officially signed its 100th utility customer for its industry-leading asset management platform, MinMax eSMART.

The newest MinMax eSMART user is a public power utility located in Oregon, serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States. The partnership reflects the increasing demand from utilities seeking modern, data-driven tools to manage infrastructure, streamline inspections, and improve operational efficiency.

MinMax first connected with the utility at the Northwest Public Power Association Engineering & Operations Conference and Trade Show 2025, where the organization explored new technologies designed to help utilities modernize asset management and inspection processes.

Utilities across the United States rely on MinMax eSMART to manage inspections, track maintenance activities, maintain regulatory compliance, and gain deeper visibility into the condition of critical infrastructure such as substations, poles, and facilities.

As MinMax continues to expand its capabilities, the company is preparing to launch its newest enhancement to the platform—an integrated Drone Inspection Module—which will allow utilities to seamlessly incorporate aerial inspection data into their asset management workflows.

“This milestone represents the trust utilities place in the MinMax eSMART platform and the strong partnerships we have built across the industry,” MinMax added. “We look forward to continuing to support utilities as they modernize operations and strengthen grid reliability.”

MinMax Technologies will be showcasing the latest innovations within MinMax eSMART—including its new Drone Inspection Module—at upcoming industry events throughout 2026.
