Nand Singh


Dr. Singh has more than 25 years of experience in executive management and entrepreneurship.  In 1994, he founded BEST Systems and steered it to be a premier Microsoft partner leading to its acquisition in 2002 by CROSSMARK. His company received the coveted “Best in Show” Award and was cited in several case studies from Microsoft for building multiple specialized custom software on Microsoft platform for key industry leaders. From 1985 to 1993, he was the director of Technology Transfer for Power Computing Company where he directed commercialization, distribution, and support of 150+ software products for over 500 electric utilities globally.  A champion of best practices based on ISO 9001 and CMM methodologies, Dr. Singh is also an adjunct faculty member and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Engineering Management and Information Systems at the Southern Methodist University.

Dr. Singh received his MS in Aerospace from the University of Cincinnati, and his MS, MBA, and Doctorate of Engineering from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Esther Schuller


Ms. Schuller has more than 14 years of experience in operations, business process optimization, product management and technology.  She was Director of Product Management for a global optimization software company acquired by a subsidiary of Accenture for innovations in operational recovery, developing new markets and products from 2000 to 2006.  Prior to this, Ms. Schuller co-founded a start-up logistics and supply chain management business in the Austin Technology Incubator.  As a Financial Controller at CSFB  in London, England, she was on a global team to resolve the Top Ten Corporate Issues in 1997-1998.  She also helped establish the financial and operational procedures of the European Headquarters of a US company in Amsterdam, Netherlands, supporting team members from 14 different countries and satellite offices in Italy, Spain and France during 100% growth. 

Ms. Schuller holds her BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
